Given our location, you can also expect a hand-picked selection of superb Central Coast wines. The sophisticated and fun atmosphere encourages new friendships and lively conversation, and the food will delight all palettes.
For those familiar with the area, our Executive Chef Pandee Pearson’s reputation will precede her. Her past includes some of the best restaurants in the region, and we have now given her full reign at Adelina’s; we expect great things.
Adelina’s Bistro & Market Place is located within the Monarch Club at Trilogy Central Coast in Nipomo. Easily accessible from all surrounding communities, the restaurant & market are completely open to the public, and we hope that the locals make it “their restaurant”.
