For those familiar with the area, our Executive Chef Pandee Pearson’s reputation will precede her. Her notoriety began at the lovely Windows on the Water, and we have now given her full reign at Adelina’s; we expect great things.

Adelina’s Bistro & Market Place is located within the Monarch Club at Trilogy Central Coast in Nipomo. Easily accessible from all surrounding communities, the restaurant & market are completely open to the public, and we hope that the locals make it “their restaurant”.
